Through workshops, defining stakeholders, and online engagement, Bud Studio collaborated with Newham Council and the local community to define the aims of the project.
Colours of Newham delivered large scale public artworks in Forest Gate and Green Street.
Through a community vote 12 artists were commissioned , 75% of whom had connections to Newham.
The project delivered eight large-scale artworks and eight shutter artworks. In addition to the commissioned artists, 13 additional artists were hired for installations.
